WQM Bench Test


WQM test cable
  1. Insert the host program CD into the host computer. Copy all files to a desired location on the host computer's hard drive.
  2. Connect the test cable to the host computer, the WQM, and a 12V regulated power supply.
  3. Start the program by double-clicking WQM host .exe file or shortcut. The screen below will appear.
  4. Turn the power supply on.

  • The WQM will cycle through a CTD-DO Stabilization Mode, the FLNTU will activate, then sampling begins. Data will be output every 6–10 seconds.

    1. Collect a minute or so of data, which you can view from either the View Data or Scroll Data tabs.
    2. Select Stop WQM Sample. The WQM will enter Standby mode, allowing communication or safe power-off.
